Double Double Bonus is arguably the most popular video poker game in the country. The returns for 4-of-a-kinds is exactly the same as what is found in Double Bonus, except that Double Double Bonus receives extra pay for certain "kickers", namely the fifth card in the hand with 4-of-a-kind aces, 2s, 3s, and 4s. This is offset by receiving 4-for-1 for straights (compared to 5-for-1 in the better games of Double Bonus) and slightly lower returns for full house and flush. Whether a game is "10/6", "9/6" or any other pay schedule may be seen at a glance by looking at the return for full house and flush respectively on the pay schedule that is shown on every machine.

This card includes strategies for 10/6 Double Double Bonus (100.07%) and 9/6 Double Double Bonus (98.98%) at all four strategy levels (Beginner --- Recreational --- Basic --- Advanced). It includes strategies for 9/5 Double Bonus (97.87%) through the low three strategy levels only. This strategy may also be used for 8/5 Double Double Bonus, although playing this game is highly discouraged because of the low pay.

The Winner's Guide corresponding to this game is Volume 6: Winner's Guide to Double Double Bonus. Winner's Guides provide the same strategies as are found on the cards, but clearly explain the "why" on each of the plays. The strategy cards are more portable than the Winner's Guides, and the Winner's Guides include more information in them, but the strategies are identical between the two.
